Upkeep and Maintenance on Websites

I'm seeking someone to put in a few hours a month to help maintain content, tweaks and updates on 2-4 websites. This is a monthly gig and will be posted each month. Each website is a Wordpress site and right now we have three (3) websites that need updating. The fee is a flat fee of $60/month. The following are the websites that need upkeep:
