Upgrade Joomla 1.5 (running on sobipro) to 3.x

Hi

I have a directory site running on Joomla 1.5 with optimised Sobipro (https://www.sigsiu.net/) that needs to be upgraded to run on latest Joomla 3.X and equivalent sobipro component.
The site ranks very well on google and it is key someone understands Sobipro and migration only bids for this project.
You need to be able to inspect the current installation and advise me if there would be any problems of migrating the site to run on latest Joomla as I don't want to loose the current rankings for my clients.
Will share site domain with shortlisted bidder so only expecting developers with experience in this area to quote.
