Two new landing pages and a complete copy of existing website

Hi,

I need two new landing pages created for our website at www.sprayfoamuk.com to direct some PPC traffic too. I have a rough design of what I am looking for, in line with the design of the existing web page. I just need a developer to do it and upload it.

In addition to this, it appears my existing website has been built with a rather obscure platform called 'CakePHP' (https://cakephp.org). I do not know why a developer had chosen this platform?

I would like the entire site copied/replicated into a Wordpress site as I am lead to believe this would be a better more flexible choice. The site should be simple to reproduce to Wordpress with the benefits of better SEO, more available plugins etc.

Please quote for moving our website over to Wordpress as it'll be a lot easier to make changes moving forwards, and it'll mean we can really improve our SEO much more in the future.

The two landing pages are the immediate priority.
