Tweaks to a WP site, plus a bit of training to get me self sufficirnt

I need a simple tweak to my site but also need someone who will be able to teach me a few things.

I have a wp set up with easy digital downloads and the "Restored" template. I need to be able to change the header layout, colour and positioning. As well as set up a subscription model so I can sell subscriptions.

I will be selling 3d models, textures and tutorials (hopefully integrated with uscreen).
