Tweak Google Analytics (enhanced ecommerce)

Hi,
I need someone to find out why my Wordpress/WooCommerce site isn't recording sales transactions etc. so I can see my return on advertising spend.

It was working perfectly before, then it stopped. I asked Google to help, and 3 different people looked at, and each time, they fixed it, and we did test transactions, and it worked perfectly, but then it doesn't record real transactions. Each of the 3 people from Google said the other person did not do it quite right, so I have lost faith in them. One of them insisted I use a plugin, that then turned out to not record Variable product sales, but a lot of my products are variable products, so I uninstalled that.

I am still spending money on ads so need to know my return.

It is recording almost everything, all visitor information stats, all Goals, just not how much revenue I am getting from sales.
