True WordPress expert needed - Must have a theme accepted in WP or Theme Forest

General information for the website: A theme up to WordPress.org or Theme Forest standards
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of every page/module: I have a functional theme with lots of options in the customizer build with the "Titan" framework. I have submitted it to Wordpress.org as well as themeforest and it has been rejected by both. I love coding WordPress themes but this is my first attempt to get one listed in either repository.

I simply don't have the time right now to dig into all the documentation and try to guess what may or may not be up to standards. I'm to the point where I would be happy with the theme accepted to either place - wordpress.org or themeforest.

You will have access to the feedback I did get from the WordPress theme reviewers.

My goal is to offer a free and a premium version of this theme to raise awareness for agency services related to growth and CRO.
Description of requirements/features: Please only respond if you already have a theme accepted to either WordPress.org or ThemeForest. I already have a fully functional theme - I need someone who is a true standards expert to get in there and clean it up so we can get it accepted.
