Transfer Wordpress website to another hosting provider

I am not satisfied with the current hosting provider and would like to transfer to another. I run my website on Wordpress & have a lot of images on my website & would like to make the website faster. Apparently I have outgrown my hosting provider and would like to change to a new one. I require someone to back-up the existing content, transfer my website & optimise whatever needs optimised for the website to run faster.
