Transfer Wordpress site from one domain to a new one

Description of requirements/features: Need a Wordpress site moved from one domain to another
Extra notes: I have a Wordpress website built on a test domain for my client.

I need this moving from the test domain to their main domain. Their current domain has Wordpress installed to host their blog, but doesn't carry their main website, so you may need to also install Wordpress onto the root of their main domain.

They are hosted by a UK company called NewNet - all login details to their Powerhost (I'm guessing their version of Cpanel?) can be provided, as well as FTP details to the test and current site.

This needs to be completed on one working day GMT time: next Thursday 13th.

So ideally needs to be someone who is available 9am-5pm GMT. We want this started early on in the day to allow for any issues that may arise.

While the transfer is being done, we want a holding page created to inform visitors that the site is under maintenance and will be up shortly.

We want a like for like copy created. This includes all the plugins and media elements. We won't be happy until this is done completely.

I will not consider anyone with no ratings.

I can provide URLs of the client's current and test site to those who I feel may be suitable for this job. Please confirm in your application that you can work on Match 13th. If you don't confirm this I'll assume you've not read this properly and won't consider you.
