To create a 2nd website using material from my first site as a basis

Description of requirements/features: I've recently purchased the domain, 3drenderingservices.co.uk as an additional 'income stream' to supplement my current website 3dvisuals.co.uk.

My business is creating 3d visuals.

I created the website 3dvisuals.co.uk from scratch using a Wordpress template and what I'd like to do on this occasion is to find someone who can take my existing website, 3dvisuals.co.uk, and create FROM it a 2nd website that will be 3drenderingservices.co.uk

I have purchased a 2nd Wordpress theme for this and it is called Avada - here is the link to that ;

The MAIN things about the 2nd, new, site, are that I'd like it to be totally fresh and different looking to my current, existing website, and I'd like a 2nd website to be created using just a handful of images from my existing portfolio (around 15 at the most) - simply the best still-image ones, and then only some of the other material as well (not all, e.g. not all of the animations as they are a bit too basic in my opinion).

What is MOST IMPORTANT is that YOU re-create the NEW text which goes into the 2nd, new, website, IN YOUR OWN WORDS. It is paramount that neither of my websites get penalised by Google due to plagiarism or being too similar.

Knowledge of GOOD COPY that will get me high on rankings in Google will win you lots of Brownie points......

I like working with good people, and have successfully built a neat collection of freelancers I turn to, so would prefer to find someone I can work well with on this occasion as well as on future, similar work such as this (and others).

You will have pretty much complete freedom to create your masterpiece as I want it to be YOUR design, not mine !

My budget isn't large, so perhaps this will suit someone who can do this in their spare time or just wants to earn some extra money. Am happy for this to be done over several weekends though ONE MONTH would be my maximum.

Want someone who takes pride in their work and will create a lovely looking website.

I'm NOT looking for a CLONE of my current website.

You'll need to be a bit of a Wordsmith :)

Please don't try to upsell me hosting !!!! I will take care of hosting, SEO, Google etc etc.

If you twist my arm, I might have a new logo (as currently there isn't one - see attached).

Priority will be given to UK based people.
