Time line in Wordpress Avada

Hi,
I'm creating my Webpage with Avada, I'm a beginner, however, I'm doing pretty well, I could implement already many things in the Avada theme. Now I would like to create a timeline on one of my Webpage pages, but not a linear Timeline, this I may be able to to by myself. I would like to have the timeline like in the following webpage: http://weddingpeople.ru (see attachment) is that possible to have such timeline in the Avada theme or I can just have a Simple linear timeline as described: https://avada.theme-fusion.com/timeline-right-sidebar/ .
If is possible to create a timeline like I Wish, what will be the cost? How long the Delivery?
