Thought Industries Expert Needed to Fix Registration Data Schema

Shipley Associates needs an experienced Thought Industries administrator or consultant to resolve inconsistent data fields across our course registration processes.

Currently, the same field may contain a company name in one registration and a phone number in another. We need customer and learner information captured in consistent, clearly defined fields across our courses.

Our internal team has attempted to resolve the issue, but we need someone with deep Thought Industries expertise to identify the root cause and implement a sustainable fix.

Scope:
• Audit registration forms, field definitions, and relevant Thought Industries configurations.
• Identify the source of conflicting field usage.
• Recommend and implement a standardized data schema.
• Test registrations across affected courses to verify consistent data capture.
• Assess the impact on existing records and recommend any necessary cleanup.
• Document the configuration and explain how to maintain consistency when creating future courses.

Our team handles CRM integration through Zapier. This engagement focuses solely on correcting the data configuration within Thought Industries.
