Theme & layout change to 3/4 pages of my Word Press Website

Looking for a preferably UK based developer to upgrade three or four pages of current 11 page website to give it a more modern appeal and possibly suggest some functionality upgrades and tweaks. I do not want a whole website re-design so please do not send proposals that reflect redesign of a website. I would like someone to start immediately. You must have a portfolio of sites that you have built that I can see would want you to duplicate my site to work on. You must have very good clear and concise communication skills!!
