Template for WordPress > Reactive Pro to link to LinkedIn

We are building this website where we require the output of a Wordpress plugin (Reactive Pro) to link to LinkedIn pages of the respective person.

The current setup is such that Reactive Pro builds a grid where we can specify only a custom post type to show (we are showing Mentors in our case). We have created a custom field for Mentors to enable us to enter their LinkedIn addresses.
The grid is rendered using a small template code. This template code is able to read contents of the post and allows laying out how each element within the grid looks like or responds.

This template defines that on clicking an element in the grid, the browser should open the post link. This link has to be replaced with the post LinkedIn field value.

The task is to look at some of the sample template code (which is able to link to rating, price, etc. of custom posts) to figure out how to access the LinkedIn address custom field and allow replacing the link to post with the link to LinkedIn address given.
