Template fix and slider fix Joomla

Website with a broken template needs to be fixed. And a gallery fix. It is a Joomla website. On top of the template there are several menu items and each menu item has its own images. The same for the footer of the template. The website has problems with php version 7.3.1. so template needs to be fixed so it can work with the mentioded php version.
Latest Joomla version is up and running.
