Tax toggle plugin required

Need a tax toggle plugin created for my Woocommerce site.

I need various pieces of code for my Woocommerce site that will create certain customised functionality.

I have an example which I would like you to recreate.

The successful candidate will be the one who can recreate the VAT toggle function on the top bar on this site

Im not bothered if you have done many jobs on before or this is your first job - if you can recreate the toggle function mentioned then you will be considered for this ongoing project that will involve you writing similar pieces of code that I need for about 30 - 40 more types of functionality.
