Take my Wordpress Site and duplicate on to 2 sub domains

I am looking for some one who can take my current website www.suremovelettings.co.uk which is running on Wordpress and duplicate on to 2 Sub Domains www.landlords.suremovelettings.co.uk and www.tenants.suremovelettings.co.uk.

Once this has been done the Homepage then needs to be set up as the same template as the 2 Subdomains but with 2 big buttons linked to the individual sub-domain.

There may/probably will be further work going forward on the Sub-domain sites themselves with moving things around and adding things in.

Also in the near future I will be looking for Web design work on the Landlord sub domain to create a property portal shop for landlords to upload and manage their own property advertising online, if you are the right person you will potentially receive these jobs also. (At the right price of course)
