A scrolling fullpage homepage which will load each

Same as homepage
- Single post page
A basic page with related posts
Module
- Displays all posts thumbnails and lets you filter by category
Description of requirements/features: I would need my HTML converted into a wordpress theme.
When finished, I would like the ability to change the logo, fonts and social media links through theme options.
I am working on a prototype which I can send to you, if this helps with the quote
