Some to build new website in wordpress

General information for the website: we are looking for a new website for our client
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of every page/module: We have already got the website designed now we are looking for a WordPress web developer
The things that are necessary for the site are as follows:

1. Having the website fully responsive and compatible to all devices from PC / Mac’s, iPhone to android phones and tablets (iPads).
2. The website has a separate design for mobile phones.
3. Browser compatibility - the website must be compatible with commonly used browsers which must include - Internet Explorer 7 and above, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera.
4. The site will have Links to Social media (Facebook / YouTube / LinkedIn / G+ / Skype).
Description of requirements/features: The menu bar is home / products / contact us
There is 258 product pages, with 417 thumbnail images averaging 2 thumbnails per page.
This can be seen on the designs.
Extra notes: we are looking for a fixed price, and strict deadline of 15 days
