SMS Gateway Integration with Wordpress WooCommerce

Estimated duration: 1 or 2 week
Description: We have a SMS Gateway that has to be integrated to work with WooCommerce.

SMS Should be triggered on Following events:
1. New User Registration
2. Order Confirmation to Customers
3. Order Updates
4. Custom SMS to users from their profile.

What your extension should have:
1. It should allow tags like %FNAME%, %coupon-code% etc. to put into SMS for updates to customers.
2. Ofcourse, it has to be in form of an extension. I do not want core-modifications.
3. Delivery Reports in Woocommerce Admin. It should be able to handle errors in delivery of the SMS.

2. Wordpress Access

Testing and Deployment:
