- CTA functionality
Description of requirements/features: We need classic page by page web design without any sliding or moving elements. We also refrain from using shallow or scrolling down design which is increasingly popular now due to mobile technologies.

Implementation of advanced CMS to this web-page is important.

The links we need to see on the home page:

Services
Gallery
Testimonials
Contact
CTA functionality

"Services" page will include 12 elements of services provided by the company:

Home Extension
Loft Conversion
Plumbing and Heating
Electrical
Kitchen fitting
Bathroom fitting
Rendering
Plastering
Tiling
Painting
Ground work
Landscaping and hardscaping

Each of those 12 elements should be a page where client can upload and edit content independently. Those elements should be persistent on the lending page as well as independent page under Services link.

Having a nice Gallery for portfolio is also very important part of the project. Except great design every item should have description option in normal and zoomed sizes.
