Small Amendments to complete a website

Need changes to http://stillwellsupportservices.co.uk/NIGHTINGALE/ to get it looking like the attached image.

Need to know when you can start and how long it will take please

HOME (looking like design attached)
1. add in tag line to the middle
2. navigation across the page
2a. home written as home
2b. amend lines
2.c black square at end
3. slider added full width 250 down
4. middle part replicate design (removing the lost image icon and swapping the text for clickable image)
5. footer amend space and logo (replicate other pages but reduce spacing)

2. remove comments are closed text
