Small alterations on Wordpress Sideboxes

General information for the website: Dog Walking website
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Num. of web pages/modules: 1
Description of requirements/features: side widget styling appleed to sidebox widgets and current content copied and pasted into each one and menu removing as well as speech bubble for comments
Extra notes: I require someonebody who is good with wordpress to convert all the content from these left side boxes and make them stay the same but to be seperate "editable" widgets in the wordpress admin so the order can be changed etc

Its also requires a white speech bubble graphic adding to background of testimonials etc)

For somone who knows wordpress this should take no time at all as the CSS for sideboxes already exists so should be a case of copyinng and pasting.

Please do not make a proposal unless you can do this today and know how do it.
