Site speed improvement / server expert needed

This job needs an expert in increasing site speedy and getting into the nitty gritty of servers.

Make fewer HTTP requests: Page requests 55 < 30 Combine files to minimize the number of HTTP requests your site makes.
Use cookie-free domains
Add Expires headers
Minify JavaScript and CSS
Combine images using CSS sprites. Reduce the size of images that are big on the site (run Google Chrome developer tools) and upload them onto the site replacing the existing, larger ones. Please let me know how many images this is after running tools. It is an ecommerce site with over 70 products.

Page speed 19.2Sec < 4Sec Speed up your site by lightening up your site pages, compressing images and video where possible.
Render blocking Yes No Remove or defer any JavaScript or CSS that interferes with loading above-the-fold content.

The above are not the whole tasks, see more details for the above on the below test sites. I need everything fixing that comes up in the red and amber scores on these sites below, I need the scores to be high (90% plus)
