Simple WordPress website

I require a basic single page Wordpress scrolling website to promote an apartment complex. The objective of the business is sales & rentals of apartments within this complex, although it will only need to show 2/3 properties for sale/rent. We can use this theme, or you can build from scratch. I will supply a selection of images and text for you to work with. Although initially for speed, I’ll ask you to add some Lorum Ipsom in relevant places. The website will need a few lines of text on the following topics/sections…

I will leave the design pretty much up to you, so long as it develops into an attractive & professional design. You will need to design this on your own server before transferring it to my server.
