Description of requirements/features: I need 4 quick fixes to my wordpress site http://www.therubyloungelondon.com/
1. The link to booking from the menu needs to anchor to booking form at the bottom of the page
2. On category pages http://www.therubyloungelondon.com/category/offers/ I want to insert an image in the header like on other pages on the site, example http://www.therubyloungelondon.com/about-us/
3. On post pages http://www.therubyloungelondon.com/2014/01/04/chef-wanted/ I want to insert an image in the header like on other pages on the site, example http://www.therubyloungelondon.com/about-us/
4. There is a menu in the footer at the bottom of the page, I want this removed
