Simple WooCommerce Function Snippet

We require two woocommerce functions to be created - details of the job are in the word document

The job has been posted on Sunday 8th January and the code is required today - please only apply if you can complete the code

This is for a function only - the code will be test on a development server local to us - please do not ask us to provide you with a url of a website. The code should be overwriting woocommerce default settings so if it works on your test area it should work on ours.
