Simple Million Dollar Homepage type of website needed

General information for the website: Will sell pixel space on a 1k x 1k grid just like million dollar homepage. Original twist to be added but cannot discuss without NDA signed.
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: 5 pages 1 module
Description of every page/module: I need a website designed, probably something very simple in WordPress, with the http://milliondollarscript.com/ million dollar script plugged into the homepage. The design needs to be very attractive, minimalistic and elegant. I cannot tell you the theme until you’ve signed a nondisclosure agreement and sent a scanned a copy to me, or physical copy via 1st class post UK.

There will be one page template, and probably only about 3 or 4 other pages on the site, all using that template. This means the 1k x 1k pixel box must be able to sit in that template in the same sort of content space that text and images can be put in as well. I am no WP expert but I know the web well and I assume it will be very simple.

The challenge will be in the design, so if you are bidding, expect me to check your design portfolio. Configuring the script will be minimal, I will take paypal payments. You will have to explain to me my option for fulfilment, e.g. which bits are automated and which I will have to physically do myself. This is also simple considering it is all written on the script website anyway.

The end website will look stunning, and function seamlessly. E.g, should people buy the pixel space, the process should be as simple as possible with no hiccups. My fulfilment of placing their images on the space should also be easy, and with no problems. I have basic coding skills and know CMS well so you won’t have many problems explaining the process to me.
I will edit / change / create the WP content on the few pages there are myself, so the template needs to be able to accommodate this, e.g. pages on top menu, content sections in columns, etc, but WP does this as standard so as long as you configure it right, everything will be fine.

To show you’ve read the brief properly, start the bid with ‘Hello, my name is (your name) and my favourite colour is (your favourite colour)’, without the parenthesis or quotation marks, of course.
I am very aware this is a simple job, but could be approached in a few different ways, so in your bid tell me about your approach and how this corresponds to your pricing.

Description of requirements/features: Million Dollar Script needs to be inserted on homepage, I will need some sort of cms so I can add my own copy and images and add pages etc, but very few pages needed. We might as well add a contact form too.

Extra notes: I will discuss the idea in more detail when we have an NDA in place. Quite simply you'll be building a modern version of the Million Dollar Homepage, and it won't be a very difficult job, so I expect the prices to reflect that.
