Simple landing page/website for double sided market place

Hi there,
I already have a domain name and hosting for the website. I have just downloaded the Wordpress but need someone to choose a free theme and set it up. It's a simple landing page and shouldn't take too long to set it up, as I will add some content myself once I have something, but at the moment it would be a very simple 2 page "Coming Soon" site.
My budget us low because I know it's not a complicated job and someone who have done this before it's very quick.
I need three things:
1) choose a theme and set up 2 page landing page
2) sign up on the main page
3) set up mailing list for both

General information for the website: I want to collect emails form 2 different types of customers
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of every page/module: One the Home page there would be 2 options to sign up: Sign up as a business or free lancer and Sign up as customer for example.
Also to set up a mailing list for each,
Description of requirements/features: Use free WordPress theme for 2 landing pages, sign up forms for each page, and mailing list for both.
Extra services needed: Customization, Optimization
Extra notes: I would like this quite quickly, ideally withing 1-2 days. Also are you familiar with website builders like wix, squarespace or instapage? What kind of theme will you be using for this?
