Simple blog with colous and fonts already defined

Hi everyone,
I had a blog, it was hacked.

It was made in Joomla, it had simple functions.
A homepage, where I can load:
1. Jpeg of newspaper articles (as on the left) o tables (as on the right).
2. Links to other on line articles. Where I can see the preview of the linked page.
3. Links to bigger (more pages) PDFs (loaded in this site)
4. Simply text (I write something, I put inside some pics, as in a Word file).
If someone click on one thing, il became wider and readable.
I give the title of the page.
There are other pages, as “who we are”, “contatcs”, a search page.
I do not need any link with social. Or, better, I own a AnalisiPolitica page on Facebook and in Linkedin; can I do anything with?
I do not care with which software you want use ti develop the site. Is only must be simple for me, when I load and write things.
I want to keep same colour and fonts (I attach).
