We need to migrate our current Shopify vintage Context theme to the latest Shopify Context theme with all integrations and apps to be migrated to the new theme. Once the new theme is installed, we need to:
1. add the colour swatch functionality to collection pages and products pages
2. remove "sold out" label from products that are out of stock.
All functionality of apps and data should be preserved and migrated to the new theme.
