Several wordpress/woocommerce site bugs fix

Several minor bugs in the Woocommerce theme need to be fixed.

1. Newly listed products come up with smaller thumbnails - should be the same as the rest of products (example screenshot attached).
2. At the checkout/cart page when putting in USA address the state drop-down menu is tiny and impossible to use to chose the right state (example screenshot attached).
3. Product default sorting should be "Newness" not "default/alphabetical"
4. The tag search result page has header absent - needs to be the same as category page (example screenshot attached).
