Setting up a Wordpress website

I would like some assistance in Wordpress as I am setting up a new website. I have my WP business plan account set-up, have purchased the them I like - Nixe (from Theme Forest), have an email account and logo ready. I would like someone to guide me through and help with the initial next set-up stage (as I'm not getting very far!), not actually build the site. I am only envisaging a few hours work initially, but this may change as the site progresses.
