Description

Experience Level: Expert
We require an experienced Salesforce Administrator/Consultant to configure a brand-new Salesforce Sales Cloud organisation from scratch. This is a greenfield implementation with no legacy system to migrate.

Required
Configure Accounts, Contacts, Leads and Opportunities
Set up user profiles and security
Create opportunity stages
Configure activities and tasks
Build reports and dashboards
Configure email integration (Microsoft 365)
Duplicate management
Basic automation using Flows only where appropriate
Data import templates (CSV)
Documentation and handover
Nice to have
Experience in Facilities Management or B2B services
Experience integrating with Microsoft 365
Experience with web-to-lead forms
We are not looking for
Apex development
Custom Lightning components
Complex coding
Over-engineered solutions
Deliverables
Fully configured Salesforce org
Administrator guide
One remote training session
Fixed-price quotation

To keep the first phase focused, I'd suggest these objects:

Accounts
Contacts
Leads
Opportunities
Tasks
Campaigns

Then create:

5–10 reports
2–3 dashboards
3–5 simple Flows (not dozens)
Microsoft Outlook integration
Duplicate rules
Basic lead assignment

You can always add more once you're using the system.

    One quick scope point on the security setup: for the initial users, do you want distinct access levels/permission sets for different roles such as admin, sales and management, or would a simple common access model be suitable for phase one?

    That materially affects the initial security configuration, so I’ll keep the build aligned to whichever approach you prefer.
