Responsive HTML and CSS front end development in Wordpress.

General information for the website: Need a home page development for ongoing project
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of requirements/features: Hey I'm starting on a new web project, I'm just building out the home page right now, It's built in WordPress, I've installed the starter theme. And set up hosting.

What I need from you:

Create HTML and CSS from design provided in Illustrator and or Photoshop.

This Project is Responsive.

I'll do all the back end development.

This is currently just for the front page but who ever does this I'd like to hire to do the rest of the site as it gets designed.
