Redesign of health Website

Description: I have a website that I wish to redevelop with existing and new functionalities. I have attached the functional spec and designs. The designs should help you understand the spec better.

I would like the site to be developed using Drupal (not critical).


I am looking for someone who I can work with as a long term partner also for further development. You must be an excellent communicator with regular updates. I would like to see weekly updates and feedback. I would also like to work with someone who can provide ideas and question and clarify elements within the spec.
