Really simple wordpress theme

Please forget my previous proposal, it was for another user and it didn't get me anywhere - so I'll try and explain things better now :)

I had a website running a very simple wordpress theme we had made - I didn't use it for a while and when I tried to re-upload it now it seems to encounter some problems. It's probably because some of the plugins are not compatible anymore.. Anyways, I'll describe what I would like the website to do and I'll attach both the theme ("architect") and a saved html of the website when it was running. So even if you wanted to make a new theme you could get all the css or at least use it as a reference.

Really simple portfolio website:

1) Homepage with 1 image in centre. Height is fixed as a lot of the photos will be portrait.
2) Email (no link) and name on the top right corner
3) Left and right half of the screen are clickable to forward and backward the image
4) Back-end to upload/delete images inside a gallery (we previously used a plugin called FooGallery but any would do).

Would you please let me know how long it would take you to make this work again or make a new theme with these functionalities?
