Re design of an HTML website to Wordpress

Description of requirements/features: We need our clients website www.totalcreation.co.uk to be transferred onto wordpress. This will involve creating and styling a new theme which we will supply. And transferring content correctly across.

There are three main stages to this project

Stage 1
1 - Setup theme and transfer content onto the new wordpress theme from the old html website
2 - Custom styling using theme features and design options
3 - Ensuring all content goes across correctly

Stage 2
1 - Create a blog within wordpress and upload the old html article pages from the old website into the blog
2 - Testing all links ensuring none are broken.

Stage 3
1 - Ensuring all the current SEO on html website remains the same on the new wordpress site.
2 - Improving on page SEO
3 - Managing Google Webmaster to ensure all the old pages from the HTML website point to the new pages in the wordpress site.
