Quick customisation of a Wordpress theme feature theme

Please see screen added below for the part that wish to customise.

Basically I only want to show the text below the fly-up rollover buttons when the relevant rollover is actived.

So no text, 'support sales', 'enhance your brand', 'early engagement', 'customer retention' should be displayed below the four rollovers to begin, when you rollover one then you are displayed the text relevant to whichever rollover you are on.

Hope that makes sense.
