Psd -> Wordpress (Divi or ACF)

General information for the website: We are updating our own agency site using wordpress this time
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: 10
Description of every page/module: psd's are already created for desktop version, it will of course have to render well on mobile, common sense/communication as to any elements that disappear on mobile.
Description of requirements/features: suggest what usual plugins should be installed based on what you see in the design
yoast, seo etc...
Specific technologies required: We believe this will be best implemented with either divi or Advanced custom fields, please out line your approach and why.
