I am looking for a developer to build a full owner sign up and membership feature for my accommodation website, which is built on Orchards: groupescapehouses.co.uk
We need functionality similar to this example:

The job includes:
Owner account registration and login
Annual membership payment setup
Automated invoicing and confirmation emails
syncing up - CRM and back end to from end website. streamline the process for full customer management / listing owner.

Owner dashboard to:
• create property listings
• edit description, photos, facilities, pricing
• manage multiple properties
• control availability calendar
• mark dates available / unavailable
• list late-availability offers
• view enquiry and listing statistics
CRM integration so registrations and enquiries go into our database
Enquiries routed directly to each property owner
Admin controls for approving and managing listings
Secure data handling and GDPR compliance
You must have experience in:
Building account-based user systems
Subscription billing and payment gateways
Calendar and iCal integrations
CRM connectivity
Working with Orchards or similar builders
Backend logic for multi-property accounts
