Project by Project Development of current website

We are wanting to continuously improve our start-up website (www.readysteadymums.com) but don't have all the skills in house. We are looking for a project by project freelancer who can help us make those more challenging changes. Must be comfortable with Wordpress. Examples of projects are helping us develop the online shop, updating the functionality of the on site google mapping app, changing base template designs etc.
