Please note that I am seeking an interactve map on the home page so people can hover their mouse over the map to pins that highlight jobs in the region!!
The aim is to develop a Wordpress website using the Jobify template customised to a particular geographic region in Australia. I am looking for this site to be customised with specific local graphics (photos) and is mobile friendly. The site will be handed over to me for administration and future ongoing management.
The requirement is for:

11. Provide website hosting with adequate internet bandwidth to support and maintain user-upload requirements;
12. Enable site accessibility and data-feed to and from tablet and smartphone devices;
13. Establish and maintain external links to associated websites;
14. Establish a live feed to the site for appropriately sanctioned and managed social media use;
15. Establish and monitor website analytics to measure user data;
16. Provide monthly analytics data report to organisation;
17. Provide ongoing technical assistance and advice.

I am an independent consultant wishing to develop this site for my business and need to develop a solid, open and communicative relationship with a good Wordpress design/developer who does not want ownership of the products developed.
