Product Concept
Product Name: AL HUDA – Premium Prayer Companion Device
The device is designed as a premium, dedicated Islamic prayer and Quran companion that can operate both online and completely offline. The concept is inspired by premium smartphones, but the device will be touchscreen interface and no physical keyboard.
Prototype 1 – Initial Requirements
We would like to develop one fully functional engineering sample with the following target specifications:

Prototype Development Approach
For the first prototype, we are not requesting a completely new motherboard or chipset design. We would prefer to use one of your existing Android hardware platforms where possible and customize the following:
External housing/body
Display configuration where feasible
AL HUDA branding
Boot logo/animation
User interface
Software/application
Buttons and external controls
Packaging concept
The objective is to keep Prototype 1 cost-effective while allowing us to evaluate the physical design, hardware performance and software concept before proceeding to mass production.

Important
We are currently at the concept and prototype development stage and are looking for a manufacturing partner who can potentially support the project from Prototype → Testing → Certification → Mass Production.
We are particularly interested in a manufacturer who can provide practical advice on achieving the desired premium design while keeping the prototype and eventual production cost commercially reasonable.

Would you be open to working with a product-development and sourcing partner who can help define the prototype requirements, evaluate suitable Android platform options, structure the software/UI specification and identify/coordinate an appropriate OEM/ODM manufacturing partner, rather than requiring the bidder itself to be the factory?

A few things I’d like to clarify:
1. What approximate screen size and square dimensions are you targeting for the prototype?
2. Is 4G/5G mandatory for Prototype 1, or can the first engineering sample use Wi-Fi and Bluetooth?
3. Should the Quran content and recitations be fully stored locally for offline use?
4. Should the external housing be 3D-printed/CNC-machined for Prototype 1, before moving to injection moulding?
