PHP expert needed to add language to one site and make 2 sites mobile friendly

We have to WP sites. Non of them use Woocommerce or any other e-commerce.

1 One of them is multi lingual and we need to make a small fix on this one so that all pages are shown correctly in Spanish. Right now it comes up that there are no pages.

2. Second problem is to investigate wether it would be possible to make both the sites more mobile friendly without creating a entirely mobile page. Just keep the normal page but make it work better in iPhone and Android.
