Hi, looking for help building a photo library website (ideally based on Wordpress), which will host photos that people can download after registering. An example would be https://www.agewithoutlimits.org/image-library
Photos will be organised by categories, subcategories and tags, and searchable through fuzzy search (tag, category, name). Users will be able to download images after registering (given name, contact details, organisation, purpose for download).
We'll need a way to gather stats around what is downloaded by whom and what for.
This is for a non-profit organisation, so a reasonable quote please, but quality is key. I have to set a budget to post the job, but looking forward to your estimate.

Do you need a way to allow users to upload images as well?
I've built something similar so can repurpose for you but it won't be Wordpress, I use a different framework
Do you want prevent users from downloading images or applying watermarks etc?
