Optimize speed, security of Wordpress e-commerce site

Hi there,

I need some help with my WordPress e-commerce website with the following:

Optimize speed (according to google page insights)
Make more secure (settings outside of ssl certificate)
Google analytics tracking, ecommerce conversion tracking, twitter tracking – add code to the website
Block google bots in google analytics

Upon successful completion, I am potentially looking for a developer that can be support once in a while to help with arising issues.
