Ongoing plugin work (job13)

this is an ongoing project new developers need not apply

as discussed before i would like to add a new yield section to the plugin which requires a new tab to me made in the front end and switches between the existing crypto side etc to bonds, the names of the fields will be different from the last job, but all will be entered manually by admin in back end,

so with this job their is no need for auto calculations just empty fields which admin populates and then whatever admin inputs letters, numbers or symbols will show to user in front end.

we will add a details page for next job which will have some calculations so bare that in mind, below are the fields needed. and as always i would like a global enable/ disable button in admin which removes the new tab.
