Ongoing plugin work (job 8)

so as discussed already

1, include a tab called margin amount in back end in holdings plugin, and the value set in this field appears in the trade details page next to the margin text, with the correct , and . and $ amount
2. create a new tab in back end holdings plugin called outstanding balance and this work exactly the same as account balance showing in the front end per user in the account balance section a box called outstanding balance with the correct , and . etc.
(anything that can be done to make look sexier or more professional would be great
3. include another box in account balance tab in front end called overall account profit/loss which takes all of the users sold status trades and works out the % gain or loss and $ gain or loss and shows the front end user the total with the correct , . etc.
