Ongoing plugin work (job 7)

1.when making a sold status holding have a box that appears called sell price so admin does not need to make the holding and then edit the sell price afterwards -
2. for the account balance, when admin enters 10,000.00 only 10 is shown i would like it to show exactly how admin enters it with the , and . - it can be, but I need to make parsing after that in the backend because i suppose that in the future this will be changed automatically and so on...
3. if no sell price has been set then remove the $ -
4. change the words sold status to Buy/Sell in holdings page - ahh everywhere conditions
5. put logout link at bottom of menu always as shown in pic
6. oh and can we remove w3 cache plugin linkin header from holdings editor user - sure ,
7.oh add on the user holdings page any way to filter by user? because after a while it will get confusing - great idea -
8. add account balance icon to the dashboard -where the other icons are located and make logout the last icon
9.when disable sell button the paid status is grey not green plz fix
10. could you shorten the width of the transaction number column in front end
11. finally can you see if something can be done to sped up holdings page loading time, or is it just because im on a slow hosting package?
