Description of requirements/features: Hi there,

We are looking to have a technical person advise on the solution to build the following nomination system. The sub domain is potentially a custom build or a wordpress widget

With the above system:
-> Anyone can nominate a person with the 4 step nomination process
-> At the end of the process the person who has been nominated and the person who nominated BOTH receive an email
-> The Nominated person is asked to complete a profile so that if other people nominate them they can see a picture and a bio
-> The person who nominated receives an email to say thanks for nominating
-> There is an option at the end of the nominate process for the nominator to share information about the person they nominated on Social Media including Facebook and Twitter

We want someone to advise the solution and build using existing stable widgets or plugins. Our current website is built in wordpress.
